Our number one priority is taking care of your furry family while keeping both you and our team safe so that we can continue to be here for you. We are open during our regular hours and although COVID restrictions have put a few wrinkles in our normal operations, we have adjusted accordingly, and we are still providing you modern veterinary medicine with old-fashioned caring!
We are currently providing curbside service for appointments and procedures. This means that your pet will come into the building with our caring staff while you stay safe in your vehicle. The doctor or staff will call you during the appointment to discuss any questions or concerns. Feel free to write down a list of concerns or detailed history of how your pet is doing for the staff to convey to the Doctor. (End of life appointments have separate protocols.)
When you arrive at the clinic, please text us through the PetPro App or call us at (920) 863-3220 to let us know what parking spot # that you are in. A staff member will come to your vehicle to escort your pet into the building. Please have your pets outside of the vehicle with cats in a carrier and dogs on a leash that they will not slip out of. We ask that you wait in your vehicle/parking lot area and social distance from other clients. Once your outpatient appointment is complete, the technician will return to your car with your pet, your paperwork, and any medications, supplements or products that you requested.
For medication and food pick-up only – park in one of the red sign parking spaces closest to the front door. Call or text us and we will bring your items out to the table on the covered front porch for you to retrieve.
Please click here to download the necessary paperwork to be completed prior to the appointment. Please fill out ahead of time and give the completed paperwork to the staff when they come out to your vehicle.
Our phone lines are sometimes overwhelmed with the volume of phone calls coming in. There are other ways to reach us:

Know that we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe. We have added additional measures of cleaning and disinfecting multiple times throughout the day. We practice social distancing and wear masks when we are together and when we come into the parking lot. There are also many other behind the scenes protocols designed with safety and health as our priority.
If you have been in contact with someone who has COVID or you are showing signs of COVID, please reschedule your appointment or if your pet is very ill, have someone else bring your pet to the clinic. For more information on COVID and local guidelines please click here.
